It's not a privacy policy. It's a data exploitation policy.
One might easily confuse a privacy policy for a policy about how a company keeps your information private. In reality, it is a bunch of legalese intended to minimize the chance that you are able to sue the company for doing creepy things with your data.
Privacy policies are generally not opt-in. You either accept them or don't use the product.
Also, nobody reads them. Ever.
